Systech Smart Deadweight

The SMART DEADWEIGHT offers a far more convenient means of measuring pressure than conventional hydraulic deadweights when high accuracy is required (±0.1% of reading).

The SMART DEADWEIGHT is compact, rugged, portable, easy to use, has a wide operating temperature and pressure ranges up to 5,000 psig.

The ability to store Pressure readings with user-created ID tags and date/time stamps make the SMART DEADWEIGHT an ideal tool when pressure measurements need to be collected in the field and recalled later at a more convenient location.

ACCURACY

±0.l% of indicated reading above 20% of range ± 1 digit.

RANGES
Pressure 100 psi through 5,000 psig (other ranges upon request). Pressure values may be displayed in kPag, psig, Bar, etc.
Overpressure: (Without damage/calibration effects) 1.5 times sensor range.

SPECIAL FEATURES

Temperature Compensation/Linearization:
Built-in microprocessor allows pressure measurement to be corrected for temperature effects, and to be linearized across the full range of the transducer.

Operator Interface:

Dual Displays:
- Large highly visible segment display for pressure reading.
- Small 2x16 display for configuration/setup.

Durable Keypad:
- 20 large keys.

Data Storage:

Built in real-time clock/calendar and non-volatile memory allow storage of a pressure reading with a date/time stamp. Keypad/display allow a short label to be attached to reading. Readings can be stored with a single key press, or automatically in logging mode (at user selected intervals). Stored data can be recalled later via keypad or off-loading to a PC.

Hazardous Location Certification:

CSA approval for use in Class I, Division I locations.

Communications:

Two serial ports for exchanging data with PCs or other serial devices (RS-232, RS-485/422).
